How to Commission:
- อีเมล/dm เพื่อพูดคุยรายละเอียด และส่งบรีฟเพื่อประเมินราคาก่อนเสมอ
- ระบุจุดประสงค์การใช้งานให้ชัดเจนตอนบรีฟและคุยรายละเอียดนะคะ
เช่น ใช้เป็นของขวัญวันครบรอบงานแต่ง (เชิงส่วนตัว) ใช้เป็นของแจกพรีเมียม ตอนพรีออเดอร์หนังสือ (เชิงพาณิชย์) เป็นต้นการชำระเงินและการจองคิว:
- แบ่งชำระ 2 งวด งวดละ 50% (งวดแรก ชำระก่อนเริ่มดำเนินงาน >> งวดสุดท้าย ชำระก่อนส่งไฟล์งานจริง)
- หากรอคิวนานเกิน 2 เดือน ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกชำระ 20% ของราคางานจริงเพื่อจองคิวก่อนได้
- หากต้องการจองคิว แต่บรีฟยังไม่พร้อม สามารถชำระ 200 บาท เพื่อจองคิวก่อนได้ โดย 200 บาทนี้จะถูกหักในใบเสนอราคาจริงภายหลังขั้นตอนทำงาน:
step 1 รับบรีฟ ส่งใบเสนอราคาให้ทางอีเมล
step 2 ลูกค้าชำระมัดจำ 50% แรกก่อนเริ่มงาน
step 3 ดำเนินการสเก็ตช์ขาวดำ 2-3 แบบ > ส่งตัวอย่างสเก็ตช์ให้คุณลูกค้า > ลูกค้าสามารถขอปรับแก้แบบได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง
step 4 คอนเฟิร์มแบบสเก็ตช์
step 5 สเก็ตช์สีคร่าวๆ (ยังไม่เก็บรายละเอียด) 2-3 แบบ > ส่งตัวอย่างสเก็ตช์สี > ลูกค้าสามารถปรับแก้ได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง
step 6 คอนเฟิร์มแบบสี ดำเนินการลงสีไฟนอล เก็บรายละเอียด
step 7 อัปเดตตัวอย่างไฟนอล ยังสามารถแก้ไขรายละเอียดได้เล็กน้อย
step 8 ลูกค้าคอนเฟิร์มแบบไฟนอล ชำระมัดจำงวดสุดท้าย 50%
step 9 ส่งไฟล์งานทั้งหมดให้ลูกค้า- หากการแก้ไขเกินกว่าที่โควต้ากำหนด ขออนุญาตคิดราคาเพิ่มที่ 300 บาท ต่อครั้งการยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน:
- หากลูกค้าเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกงานกลางคัน ทางเราไม่ขอคืนเงินให้ในทุกกรณี
- เมื่อส่งงานไฟนอลแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ภายหลัง
- หากผู้วาดไม่สามารถทำงานให้เสร็จลุล่วงได้ ยินดีคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน
- ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธไม่รับงาน- หากลูกค้าขาดการติดต่อ ไม่ตอบข้อความ/อีเมลนานเกิน 1 เดือน งานจะถูก hold สถานะเอาไว้ก่อน แล้วรันคิวถัดไปขึ้นมาแทรก และยกคิวไปช่วงที่ว่าง
- หากพ้น 2 เดือนยังขาดการติดต่อ จะถือว่าลูกค้าเป็นผู้ขอยกเลิกงานกลางคัน ไม่มีการคืนเงินให้ในทุกกรณีระยะเวลาในการทำงาน:
- ระยะเวลาทำงาน ประมาณ 4-5 สัปดาห์ ต่อ 1 ภาพ
- เดดไลน์ หากมี รบกวนแจ้งตอนบรีฟเสมอ
- ขออนุญาตไม่รับงานเร่งนะคะสิทธิ์การใช้งานและลิขสิทธิ์:
- ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์นำภาพคอมมิชชั่นไปโพสต์บนโซเชียลมีเดีลเพื่อเก็บเป็นพอร์ทสร้างผลงาน โดยมีชื่อเครดิตและลายน้ำทับเอาไว้
- ลูกค้าถือเป็นเจ้าของภาพปก/ภาพประกอบที่จ้าง
- ลูกค้าไม่สามารถนำไฟล์งานจริงไปขายต่อให้บุคคลที่ 3 ในทุกกรณี
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพไปเจน AI หรือ ทำเป็น NFTs โดยเด็ดขาด
- กรุณาให้เครดิตผู้วาดเมื่อโพสต์รูปออนไลน์
- ห้ามแก้ไข ลอกลาย หรือดัดแปลงงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอื่นๆ:
- งาน illustration/character portraits ส่งไฟล์งานจริงเป็นไฟล์ jpg/png ความละเอียดสูงเท่านั้น (หากต้องการไฟล์ psd ด้วยกรุณาแจ้งตอนบรีฟทุกครั้ง)
- งานปกหนังสือ จะส่งไฟล์เป็น psd ให้พร้อมกับไฟล์ jpg/png
- รบกวนทางลูกค้าบรีฟงานให้ละเอียดที่สุด สามารถแนบภาพ reference มาได้เยอะเท่าที่ต้องการPAYMENT

How to Commission:
- Please drop an email to talk about your request. I will then provide you with a formal quotation.
- Please specify the purpose of your commission.
For instance, an anniversary gift (personal), a giveaway (personal), a book cover (commercial), an illustration for my fanfiction on AO3 (personal use), etc. This helps me determine the correct usage and licensing for your piece.Payment and Reservation:
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
- If your queue wait time exceeds two months, you may secure your spot with a 20% reservation fee instead of the full deposit.Work Process:
Step 1: Drop me an email > I’ll send you a quote.
Step 2: 50% Deposit upfront to start the work.
Step 3: Drafting > I’ll send 2-3 sketches for you to choose from.
Step 4: Base Colors > I’ll provide 2-3 rough color samples to check the vibe.
Step 5: Final Coloring > I'll finish the shading and details based on your feedback.
Step 6: Final Check > I’ll show you the completed piece (with watermark).
Step 7: Full Payment > Once the other 50% is paid, I’ll send over the final artwork!- If the number of revisions exceeds the quota, an additional charge of $10 per edit will apply.Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Client Cancellations: I reserve the right to decline any refund requests if the client chooses to cancel the commission.
- Final Delivery: No refunds once the final artwork has been delivered.
- Artist Non-Completion: If I am unable to complete the commission, a full 100% refund will be provided.
- Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, without providing a specific reason.- If the client is unresponsive for more than one month, the project will be on hold. I will proceed with other projects in the queue, and your project will be rescheduled to the next available slot.
- If there is no response for two months, it will be considered a cancellation by the client. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.Turnaround Time:
- Typically around 4-5 weeks.
- Deadline: If you have a specific date, please let me know in advance.
- I do not accept rush orders at this time.Usage & copyright:
- The artist reserves all rights to the artwork, including posting artworks on social media and portfolio (with watermark).
- Clients are not allowed to resell the final artwork or any related files to 3rd parties.
- DO NOT USE my artwork for AI training or NFTs.
- Please provide credit to the artist when posting the artwork online.
- Do not edit, trace, or alter the artwork without my permission.General:- The final result will be sent as a digital archive via email with high-resolution (300dpi)
- the standard file is PNG or JPEG.
- If you want a PSD file as well, please tell me.
