- อีเมล/dm เพื่อพูดคุยรายละเอียด และส่งบรีฟเพื่อประเมินราคาก่อนเสมอ- จ่ายมัดจำ 50% แรกของราคางานจริงก่อนเริ่มงาน- อีก 50% ที่เหลือ จ่ายก่อนส่งไฟล์งานจริง- หากต้องรอคิวเกิน 2 เดือน รบกวนจ่ายมัดจำจองคิว 20% จากราคางานจริง- ระบุจุดประสงค์การใช้งานให้ชัดเจนตอนบรีฟและคุยรายละเอียดนะคะ
เช่น ใช้เป็นของขวัญวันครบรอบงานแต่ง (เชิงส่วนตัว) ใช้เป็นของแจกพรีเมียม ตอนพรีออเดอร์หนังสือ (เชิงพาณิชย์) เป็นต้น- เเก้ไขในขั้นตอนสเก็ตช์ขาวดำได้ จนกว่าทางลูกค้าจะพอใจ แต่ในขั้นตอนลงสี แก้ไขได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้งค่ะ- หากการแก้ไขเกินกว่าที่โควต้ากำหนด คิดราคาเพิ่มที่ 500 บาท ขึ้นไป- งาน illustration/character portraits ส่งไฟล์งานจริงเป็นไฟล์ png ความละเอียดสูง- หากต้องการไฟล์ psd แยกเลเยอร์ รบกวนแจ้งตอนบรีฟ (มีผลกับการประเมินราคา)- รบกวนทางลูกค้าบรีฟงานให้ละเอียดที่สุด สามารถแนบภาพ reference มาได้เยอะเท่าที่ต้องการ- ทางผู้วาด จะมีการนำรูปคอมมิชชั่นไปโพสต์และเก็บเป็นพอร์ทผลงาน โดยมีชื่อเครดิตทับเอาไว้ หากลูกค้าไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่ สามารถแจ้งผู้วาดได้เลยค่ะ- หากลูกค้าเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกงาน ทางเราไม่ขอคืนเงินให้ในทุกกรณีPAYMENT
